Hi! Friends
We have couple of shops in our hometown Karnal(Haryana), Out of which one was with the tenant who was not emptying it and working in that shop from very long time. The Rent which he is paying is according to old rate which was really low which doesn't bother him a bit. Now we want to increase the rent for that shop
So, what will be the procedure for that and in what proportion will the rent be increased. Is it possible to increase and fixed that rent according to current Rate by filing a case?
Any help will be appreciated.
