Visitation rights - custody

If a daughter of 15 years does not want to visit her father as per the visitation set in, does she have any rights to refuse visitation. her father lives in a 200 sft studio house with his brohter and 70 year old mother.  The visitation rights specifies 3 weekends in a month , 10 days during OCtober holidays , all xmas holidays and one month in April-May. She doesn mind going for a week or so but does not want to stay for a month or see him every weekend .  Please advise

1. Here, a minor does not have much of a choice to tell what is good and bad in such paternal bonding.

2. What I can suggest is to do few honest talks with ex husband and arrive at some out of Court modifications leaving once ego (if any) r/w extended social allegations (if any) aside and adjusting long holidays with added shorter weekends on important other occasions and/or with telephone access or with say taking her for dinner with his side of family alternate months or say productive imagination is the limit here which never hurts parties to such raised lis.

At such adolescent age of a minor it is not advisable to approach once again same Court to sort a post teen’s matters which major age parents themselves would have solved amicably is what a growing up minor also looks upon to as message.

Reasonableness r/w few adjustments here and there even sacrifices and clarity of thoughts in such bonding wins many hearts provided correct envelop is pushed through is my just view.

Find out a way !
