Uti bond documents lost

You can approach the nearest office of the UTI, give an applicaiton stating the facts and the reliefs sought 

If possible you can give the details of the bonds that have been lost or ask them to find out by your name through computer search and after that you will be guided with the procedures to be followed for retrieving the lost documents or to compy with the necesary requirements for issuing the duplicate bonds.

I have contacted uti people but they are saying without bond or any payment acknowledgement we can't help i have also asked to check by name but they are saying it's not possible
