one of my fried is a plan-tiff in a matter ,after hearing on defendants application us 39 1 2 , hon`ble court " application can not allowed" than on next date defendant orally stated that application not fully disposed off,
now proceedings pending in court on tht application and revue filed by plaintiff agst the daily order.

defendants filed a application us 39 R 1 & 2 for restraining plaintiff to conduct a meeting , and projecting him gen secretry of association ,on short notice court heard arguments on tht application ,than court dismiss/ " cannnot allow " the application.plantiff orgnised the meeting . on next hearing defendants orraly states that the application not fully disposed off the question of restraing the plaintiff for projecting as gensecretary stands , than hon`ble court allow for re hearing the application . than plantiff filed a reveiw application against the daily order. now the review application pending.according to law whts the procedure .....
