Urgent PF Advice

Dear Sir,

I need advice relating to PF deduction in my new organisation.
My current factory was registered under Factories Act in Nov. 2008 but despite having more than 20 employees they registered under PF Act just after one year i.e. in Nov. 2009. Till now they are not deducting Pf of contractual employee and deducting PF of company employee but deducting that on basic (and in many cases the basic of workers are that of less than minimum wages). They are also not willing to pay the penalty or nondeposited amount.Will u please suggest me the way out?

You are in HR therefore you or superior in HR need to point out nsmolied to the MD.

If you want to lodge greivance:

-you can lodge online at www.epfindia.gov.in, and let the govt handle it for the benefit of all.

- offline with Regional office of PF commisioner.

But the higher management people are well aquinted with this fact but are not willing to take any action.

The company shall have to adhere to the norms.
