urgent help

Hi I have a ipc 380 case pending against me .. The complainant is redy to give an affidavit to quash the case. But she says she cnt come to the high court as is verybusy but will inform the police .. So can some 1 tell me wether it is posible or no .. Or wat additional shud be done here as she wnt come to the court ! But will sign the affidavit and give us ! I want dis case to shut down by the end of nxt week. We are filing the petition on monday in high court to dispose the case cmplelty as the cmplainant is redy to withdrw the case.. Pls help
