What is the legal status of unregistered partition deed executed on 1991?. the contents of partition explains that subsequent this unregistered one, a registered one to be executed and also the partition deed did not says about the undivided share. it is only giving possession of houses. is its valid under law

yes it is valid... when possession is given to the coparcenors as mentioned in the unregistered partition deed.
