Triple talak and daughter custody

My client has been sent triple talaq by registered post. She has forces to sign it. Qazi's signature and seal are missing. First two talaqs have been falsely mentioned. The wife has been forced to sign to hand over the minor 1 year old daughter over to
father as baby girl turns 2 years. Maintainence of daughter has been written as 2000/- monthly only till the handing over. The father is hardly paying that either. My client doesn't want to hand over the daughter. Is there chance to revoke the marriage? How? Kindly discuss the over, child custody and maintainence of wife and child

Triple talaq has already been declared null and void by the Supreme Court of India.

Triple talaq has already been declared null and void by the Supreme Court of India. After the landmark judgment all that was done in this case too becomes null and void. The lady remains legally wedded wife and continues the child custody. For further steps she can seek maintenance under section 125 Cr.P.C from the husband for herself and minor child. She can seek order of Family Court in her favour for continuation of child custody under Guardian and Wards Act.
