I need your assistance to procure format of a transfer petition to be submitted in the Family Court.
It is within the same place but between one judge to another judge as most part of my case was heard during a FAC by Judge 1 and suddenly a new judge is appointed to take over FAC of the court in which my case files exist.
hence i need this petition to ensure i comply with the. rules of the Honourable court and submit the same on records.
