hi my father in law and my mother in law are the joind owner of the flat but my father in law died suddenly , after the death of my father in law the flat was transferred to my mother in law name as per society requirement by giving legal paper notice in 2 government paper, if any objections is there or not but there is no one who put objections on the same and the flat was 100% transfer on my mother in law name now after apx 2 year of my father in law death my mother in law wants to transfer this flat on my wife name , but now society is asking to get my wife brother Noc who had left the said flat 7 years ago, and till date we don't have any contact with only we see him at the funeral of my father in law ,but now where is he and what he is doing we don't know.
please advise what we should do,
