Transfer of property

my grand father purchsed a  40*60 property in banglore in 1970,in bmp limits.

now he wants to gift that to his only son.but tax has not been paid from the date of purchase.what should we do now? can he gift the property? pls suggest

simple.. just pay the tax and gift it

If u registration a Geft Deed but when u go to  transfer this property u can pay a tax so better first u pay a tax then registrastion a Gift Deed.

Death Certificate of deceased member, Affidevit of Legal heirs, Application of Legal Heirs, Attach   all proof with photo I.D.
