My flat was gifted by my mother in May2012, she applied to the society for the transfer of share certificate on my name in Dec 2012, but the society kept thing pending and in may i was asked to pay Rs 600 Transfer Fee, June i got my name in Maintenance bill, unfortunately my Cheque got bounced, and society reversed the name to my mother's name on the maintenance bill of July, i made an DD with the penalty amount for the same, society has not done any thing related to the same, and now due to some family issues, my mother has applied to stop the transfer.
what i am supposed to do.
