Transfer of assests

how many number of days difference is to be maintained from one registration to another registration to transfer property effectively.to make it clear recently assests are registered by partition deed so now the owner want to transfer the property acquired by partition of assests to his heir in the form of gift deed.is there any difference number of days are to be maintained to transfer,if necessary can you please say how many number of days are to maintained between registeration????

in my opinion no such time gap is required

once a person acquire right n title, he / she is owner can any day convey / transfer

Hii Prasanna,
There is no specified or stipulated perion of time prescribed in the revenue Laws as such the property bought by A can be transferref on the same day to B.
