Transfer

My employer transferred me to another place without my conscent just by saying that my performance is not good without discussing it on any parameter not only this but tthey also extend my probation period after 6 months to another 3 more months this was neither told nor discussed me. This is all happening even when my store sales is in growth. Please advise me I am feeling humiliated and exploited by this employer.
