Divorce/Nullity filled by Groom: August 2011
Divorce/Nullity filled by Bride: September 2011
We claimed nullity based on no cope ration of the partner for a family life. With the case being in court for more than 2 years, now we are ready to settle this case amicablly and file a case with Mutual divorce/seperation.
But the lawyers from both the side are not cooperating. Please suggest what we should do.
Both the cases above are combined for more than 2 years and the next hearing is on Jan 4th 2014.
Please advise what should we do.
