Time limit to file revision in sessions court

Hi,

What is the time within which a revision can be filed in a sessions court against the order of a Judicial magistrate (1st class). The order dismisses a private complaint under section 156 (3) of the CRPC.

As per Article131 of the LA, limitation period is 90 days.

its from the date of the order 90 days nd it also calculates the day which u have applied for the certified copy nd the days hw much it has taken is to be expelled from the calculation and will be added in 90 days....... rest if it is delayed file an application u/s 5 of limitation act and pay the penalty its simple.....
