Where is the property situated and what is the rent ?

Whether there is any rent agreement executed / registered ?

Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts/ documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

Send eviction letter with clear intention and status of the property.  A formal eviction letter should be sent to the tenant before you move the courts. File & send notice: A suit is then filed in the civil court and then the tenant is notified for the hearing. Hearing: Either the tenant leaves the premises without visiting the courts or may contest the notice.

Eviction is possible only through the due process of law; local rent law governs the process.
