Tenants throwing rubbish on my property

The property next to my home rents out and has tenants. They also have windows on this property which open towards our house and into our garden. The tenants have been using my garden and land as a rubbish dump for many years now.

Despite attempts to tell the tenants to stop this and also speaking to the landlord, the throwing of rubbish continues.

What can I do legally to serve a notice or warning and request to close the windows on the side of the neighbours property?

Hello,

In my opinion, you can approach the local police station and file a complaint against the tenant neighbour. You also have the option to send legal notice and later on approach the court for seeking an injunction order against the tenant.

You should lodge complaint to police against neighbour's tenant and may file  injunction suit against both neIghbour and tenant and get them restrained by court.
