Tenant already vacated the house on 30/05/2012 but he filed a suit in the court before he vacting the house on April 2012. The suit is still going on. Whether I can sell that flat or not is my question. If I sell that flat any consequence I have to face in future? I want to know that.
I produce all the documents with evidence before the court. It's trail stage now.

I.A Filed by tenant already dismissed by the same court for temporary injunction before delivering the final judgement of this suit.
Please answer my above two questions.
Still plaintiff not producted any valid documents before court that he is stay in the above said premises after 30/5/2012.
