Can recovery of mense profits be done from lawful sub tenant , eviction notice has been duly served , te suit filed , both tenant and sub tenant are party to the suit. NO DIRECT AGREEMENT WITH SUB TENANT CAN RECOVERY BE MADE FROM SUB TENANT in event that tenant is clearly showing no intent to pay Need supporting judgement pls

No, landlord can legally recover due rent from tenant and  is not entitled to recover from sub tenant.

Hello,

Landlord cannot directly recover rent from sub tenant. In your case tenant is not paying rent so court can evict tenant as per your case before court.

Then what about the accrued rent / mense profits applicable after notice for eviction has been served ?
