Surveyor not surveying the land properly

Respected Sirs,

            A petition was made to collector of the district stating that the petitioner's land was illegally occupied by a person. Surveyor came due to the petitions effect to the spot.

        But the surveyor did not survey according to the bond and he was supporting the land grabber. What can the petitioner do?
