If any person commits suicide, whoever including professionals  abets the commission of such suicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either descripttion for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

what happens when there is a detailed suicide note describing 20 years of physical, mental and financial abuse, can such a person be tried for abettment to suicide in a court of law?

CA committing an offence is not above law.

Did you register FIR against the CA, if it is a true story and not a hypothetical question for examination ?

no, we haven't till now. with his sister and with his paramour, gave torture to my sister and her kids, tarnished her name so that she would give him divorce. she put up with everything because she eloped with him while studying, went against family, and moreover she had one intellectually disabled child. No more what she does, what money she gave, nothing gave him and his family satisfaction.Aided and guided by both his younger sister and his paramour, he forced her to go out of his home. she never discussed any of her problems with us. she wrote a detailed suicide note about everything she underwent at his hands and died alongwith her kids this month. can we file a complaint against him, his sister and his paramour? we are exploring our options. He has some police connections.

He is bosting to others a CA cannot be arrested till he is proven by guilty in a court of law as he is protected under the CA provisions act. Is it TRUE?

Can we file a complaint against  him, his sister, his paramour who is roughly half his age?(23 years)

Let him boast.  You can get carried away by such propegenda.  Such propegenda is many time done by Lawyer / Army persons / NRIs.  You go ahead.
