Suicidal death,304-b

Pardon my ignorance.The Government is not subcribing journals to my office.Is there a judgement wherein a woman commits suicide within 7 years of marriege on a demand of doury.Somebody suggested that that a recent SC ruling that S.302 IPC also can be addad to the charge ,S304-B,302  IPC.Requested to cite the judgement.
