We have a valid Commercial license for a shop in bahrain-(gulf).We have a commercial license for import export and sale of leather products and shoe makers .
There are three partners in Commercial license ie my father and his two brother,equally sharing 33,33&34 % shares in the shop license,.
my father died intestate and now we want to transfer the share of the percentage i.e 33% in my name with succession certificate..
Can u let me know which succession certificate will be required as the other partners are willing to give NOC for the share transfer,.....
