Sub judice

Dear Experts,

My society has gone and registered a conveyance deed thru appointment of court commissioner without informing me and is trying to force me to give consent to redevelopment. They may try (are) to misuse 3000sqft land of mine in that polt9 conveyance for 10762 sq ft but plot is 14000 sqft) the suit for appointment of court commissioner is still open  and the society has gone ahead and signed builder development agreement for redevelopment is this not in correct as matter sub judice?

Is Development deed valid if court case for appointment of court commissioner to sign conveyance (conveyance deed done) still open?
