Stridhan

Property purchased under my mother-in-laws name using money from my bank account. mother-in-law does not want to return property. Is proof that money paid from account enough to show that the property is my streedhan?

Vague query with incomplete information.

Consult a local lawyer with full details of the case.

Property purchased in the name of mother in-law is her property despite the fact that the same was financed by you.

Why do you claim the property?

How do U title it as "STRIDHAN"

Stridhan means gift received by married women from relatives and others before , on and after marriage n if the property purchased from it then it may be treated as Stridhan. But since property puchased in the name of mother in law by using strithan. So present case may be called benami transaction and case may be contested
