I have not received complete payment of my land as per the agreement and builder had promised to pay. But he constructed the building and sold the flats and now vanished.
How can i stop the conveyance / Deemed conveyance on the above grounds.
Which authority i need to go in order to stop conveyance / deemed Conveyance.
