Hello Friends,
Need you opinion on an urgent query. If someone has made a statement under section 164 CrPC (before the magistrate under Oath),what is the process of amending it? Is it possible to make slight changes to it again either by filing an affidavit / application before the same magistrate or any other way / process.
Really look forward to hearing from all you experts out there.

Though your status show you are already a legal councel and hence I'm less knowledgeable still In my view any changes made after 164 statement would be treated as improvements by the trial court unless not shown otherwise to the judge.
For this you'll need to move an application before the MM with such prayer..
