Stamp duty rates in bhayender

Hi,

I am buying resale property in Bhayender. Iwant to know the rate of applicable for STAMP DUTY.

I am confused whether LBT is part of it or not?? Some says it has increase from 5% to 6% after including 1% LBT.

Please advice on this matter.
