Sons share in father property

My father has sold his flat and given equal shares to my two sisters and nothing to me, is there any way we can proceed legally. Sister has diverted my parents completely towards them stating their family have no definite source of income and children not setelled, Pls guide any possibility,

Mr. Malhotra,

If the flat in question is inherited property and your father has inherited it then you are entitled to your share in equal proportions to your sister. Your father cannot deny and deprive you of your share. However if the flat has been acquired by your father with his self earned resources then he is free to deal with it as he pleases.
