Should i intimate in near by police station

Hi,

My wife is staying at their home almost from one month. FIL created nusence(scolded me and my family without understaing the problem) and took her to their home. He also told that he will file a case against me.

Should I intimate this in near by police station to avoid the the fake cases? Will it really help me in any way if they file DV and Harassment?

Regards,
Eshwar

dont bring anything on record from ur end.

let them start first.

Nop don't do it ........jst like "Miranda Law" ---------> You have right to remain silent anything you say or do would be held against law......collect as many as evidences you can and then put those evidences on table. If you want to avoid court or police cases then you should discuss such issues and get it resolved

Police (generally) know the ways of provoking your in laws and wife to file criminal complaints against you even if your in laws do not have intention to do so.  Hence do not approach police.  When both families are in trouble because of conflict they fish in troubled waters.
