Shares transmission with will

If the will is made in delhi ,is it mandatory to register the will and get it probated in order to transmit the shares in favor of beneficiary

Registration of Will is not mandatory anywhere in India. Probation of Will is mandatory for execution of Will and distribution of property/share/cash etc. amongst the beneficiaries.

It is not mandatory to probate the WILL at Delhi...

The regulator has framed rules for such matters ad there are judgments for such matters....
