Please advise if a widow having a daughter from her late husband will have share in ancestoral property being the legal heir of her late husband in state of Bihar. Her father in law has partitioned the ancestoral property and divided the same among his three brothers and himself after doing a partition suit without giving any share to the son's widow.
Will she have a share in agariculture land also?
