I purchased a property where the title was in the maiden name of the seller (woman) as she had purchased it before marriage. however she has sold it to me now after marriage. in our sale agreement we have retained her maiden name with pan card showing her maiden name. will it ever create any issue in the future since after marriage her surname is changed????. PLZ REPLY URGENTLY
