section 323, 504

I filled case for divorce in family court , court proceedings is under precess .one day after coming out from court my wife and her mother fight with me , slap me , beat me.and snatch my identity card, money, gold chain etc.all the incident capture by local media and next day in newspapers. i have also vedio clip.( is that enough for proof them guilty.) after that they had gone . I approached the same court and told the judge everything about incident.FIR lodge under sec 323,504 through court in local police station.enquary is under precess. what next. is it useful for me.or what is the punishment in these section.
