Dear Experts, Could someone explain what is Section 26 Order 7 Rule 1. When to use this?.

It is already explained to you In your another post that all types of civil nature are filed under Sec 26" repeated query.

Hello Jai, My another post was different. Please feel free not to answer if u don't wish to. I am looking for little more details about section 26 from experts, other than u just saying in general 'all type of civil nature'..
