Dear All
I am a hindu Boy belonging from ST CASTE i was married in 2010 but i don’t live with her till now becouse we are not good for eash other when i got merried i naver see her face i didnt meet with here and got married becouse of my family and i fall in love with with my girl friend and want merry her so do i get a marriage without gating divorce is there law for ST CASTE help me

ST is not a caste, it comes under tribes.

You have to take divorce from first wife and can marry your girl friend..

All are equal under the constitution of India. There is no special law for ST as fas marriage is concerned. A person cannot marry another without giving divorce to the first wife. If you do marry other girl without giving divorce, it becomes criminal case as bigomy.
