sec 12 but complicated one

Me and my husband r loved 7 years back, before 1.5 years we registered our marriage with perfect legal procedure, but now after 1.5 years(23 yrs at time of marriage) my family doesn't accept the marriage and I too planned to cancel the marriage then now we decided to file a suit as null and void under sec 12 in the district court but we use the grounds as

1# forced abducted with knife point.
but real fact is that I went by my concern
2# my husband produced fake marriage invitation but real fact is marriage was not conducted but he tied yellow thread (maangalyam),
3 # non consummated but we r did
4# fake signs in marriage record that in that there is a column stated parent but in that place husbands paternal uncle signed as wrong person
signed but he didn't produce and proof for that fake sign but in witnesscoloumn his father and mother have signed (reason).

but I have doubt on this that I frankly saying I went for marriage with full of my concerns but now I didn't like him so I need to cancel the marriage
but they have full evidence like register marriage footage,join photos,and he had evidence of all and we r consummated too but please give some point to win the case r this enough to win
