A SC member has got the permission from the Appropriate authority to sale his land to a general member.But after gettting the permission he did not salehis land.
But now his successer as the SC member is dead found it difficult to get the land as the said land has been sold by a fake deed.
After go through the permission & deed , it is found a signature mismatch between the two.The mismatch is so clear & distinguishable that a lay man can get the impresion of mismatch from the first sight it self.
It is a true fact that the land was never sold by the SC owner at all.
The general member , taken the advantages of the ignorant & illiteracy of the SC member .
