I need help regarding the home i purchased.
I did register banakhat of property,
And property is morgaged and loan taken by seller from sriram finanace, now after sometime my party denies to do dastavej, now they are not paying installment to finanace company, so sriram finance has given notice 13(2),13(4) and now they stick notice of symbolic possesion on property.
This is to inform you that currently i have possesion of property not the seller, also i filed civil suite as seller not done dastavej, also i paid almost 80% of total property amount.
So as thirdparty i can ask for any stay or relief from court?
Please help sir on this, i am in real trouble if possesion is lost
