Sale agreement validity.

Dear Sir.

plz find here attached my sales agrreement. I have to get refund of the amount paid. My query is .

1.The sale agrrement is valid or not..?

2.what is the validity period & how i can go legally further.

Please help & guide me in this matter...

Dear Friend

You don't have any power to cancel the agreement and ask for refund. If you want refund then default in payment of installments and then you will get the your earnest money back with 10% deduction. However, I wonder as to why you want to withdraw yourself from the project.
