RTI query

hello all,
I am dealing with Kotak bank for a loan against my property on fraudulent papers mainly notarised Power of attorney. I filed an RTI with RBI asking for circulars pertaining to loan on notarised power of attorney and other rules/sop for granting loan. RBI said it's up to individual bank to frame rules and circulars.

now, I would like to ask our forum colleagues if I can file RTI with RBI under section 2(f) for obtaining loan approval SOP/CIRCULARS from Kotak Bank ?

Thank you

You can send it to Kotak Bank itself. Even outside of RTI they have to give it to you. You can ask RBI also under RTI.
