DEAR ALL
I had filed an RTI application regarding NA order copy of 1967 in Asst. commissioners (AC) office in karnataka. he has replied saying it has been sent to tahsildars office and contact there. now i want to know
1. if it has been sent does the AC have a copy?
2. who is the appealatte autority to whom i can file an appeal against the AC?

Please state the facts of u'r RTI Applicatioin. Whether U filed the RTI Petition before the PIO with requisite Fee & Identity??? On which date U filed RTI application & the date of sending to the Tahasildar as per the version of the PIO????

i had applied om 27th Jan 2011. along with postal order of Rs 10/- with full name and address.
the AC himself is the Public Info Officer.
Member Strength 9,56,300 and growing..
