need advice to my friend from experts.
wife left husband and staying at her parents house since 8 years. she is getting maintenance under divorce case. now she applied to increase the maintenance to harrass husband saying husband has own house.
1) house is in the name of husband which is acquired after marriage. can wife or daughter (6 years) claim on that house now or later?
2) to decrease the maintenance, can husband gift the house to his father? If he gift, will that house become ancestor's property and wife or daugher claim on that house now or later ?
please suggest to save husband from greedy wife.
