We are two brothers reside at the same house of two storeyed building approximately 1250 sqft constructed area [excluding land] . I reside in the ground floor and 3/4 of the constructed area and land is in my name and my brother resides in the 1st floor with total area of 1250 sq ft constructed area. We both use the roof of the house. Now my questions are
(a) whether my brother constructed room on the roof area without my written consent ???
(b) What does the roof rights of a dwelling house law say ??? .
