Rights in ancestor Property

My father-in law have 3 brothers, his Father is also live. But He is not mentally fit. Other 2 brothers are taking benefit and capture all the property.

What is the law to partition of ancesstor property if Father is live.

how they can capture like that? are  they trying to enter  their names in record of rigts? apply talathi or tahashildar stating the facts. and restrain from doing in anyhting illegal, nad protect your right.

They are doing the agriculture on the land. they are not giving anything. If we ask then they are behaving in very bad way. Can we do police complain?

You cannot demand even the produce of agriculture till your father is alive.
