Dear sir women born in 6-1-1953 still alive her father died intestate leaving ancestral properties in 2003 brother denying to give share will she has any right according to hindu succession act at least can she get her father share

Yes she will have a right but that is subject to what type of land it is in the sense whether it falls under any State Revenue Code. For eg. in UP there are bhumidhari lands in which married daughters don't have any right and succession of such land is not governed by personal law.
So give more details of the property in question
