Appeal against conviction by my side( Govt Vrs Party) and revision by opposite party to enhance punishment has been filed in District Court .
now though no order has been issued in written for clubbing of appeal and revision but both case hearing date fall on same date since one year
opposite party has engaged a counsel which sought permission to assist public prosecutor in appeal
revision has been filed by the same pvt counsel
now the pvt counsel give adjournment application in revision since last 4 occassion and both appeal and revision get adjourned
i am fed up with the attitude of opposite party
what can i do to move the wheel of justice as the opposite party want to delay the case
