hi all,
my all belongings r at my hubby place ...he threw me out of his house by triple talaq n its been 6 months now they r not returning my belongings...a common friend of ours informed them to giv ..to which they said that they will return them in presence of their advocate n our 2 witnesses..
my query : is it rite for an advocate...to...do that ...is it legal...?
should we collect them with our 2witnesses
or get thru court...

two witness is enough no need to go court. Amicably settle the matter instead of dragging it so many years.
