Rethinking rape

there are some reasons of rape according to an australian study:

   1]  they have had s*x together before
   2]  she has had s*x with other men before
    3] she has let him touch her 'above the waist'
    4] she has let him touch her 'below the waist'
    5] he has spent a lot of money on her

 

if we closely look at a situation of rape, we will find that one or many of the above mentioned incidents are present before rape happened.

but then comes a question;

is there really no consent from woman? is man totally responsible  for rape?

if in rape both party has some contribution, then it cannot be said that man is the only one who commit rape. women has their share too.

then  why punish only men for rape? women also deserve punshment with men.
